Go tapas! Not even half way through the month and I’m already on post #4. Here’s a wonderful and simple example of austerity in our daily lives. We all have rituals – little things we do everyday, conciously or not, that help to keep us centered, focused, and sane. If you don’t (think you) have a ritual, I encourage you to find one; straighten up your desk each morning, kiss a photo of a loved one each night, do the dishes, give a homeless person your change, make your bed, or maybe, meditate. The point is… do SOMETHING.
