view from the mat this morning. 🌤 been getting a lot of questions re: if i’m teaching these days, and the short answer is… no. that’s also a lie. 🙃 teaching some semiprivates for friends / neighbors and thought i’d throw it out to the universe. here’s the deal:

this may seem unsavory in the yogi realm, but I just have to brag on my @unccharlotte / @clt_coaa Yoga students today. 1/2 way through the 5-week Summer session, twenty 20-somethings (most who had never stood on a yoga mat or sat in meditation) are now practicing, breathing, living, discussing, and writing about the first few limbs of yoga with thoughtfulness & nuance. I am truly inspired & expect only more of the same as we begin the Niyamas tomorrow. the future may, indeed, be bright. ✨
